The New EU Regulation for Packaging.
With the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), the European Union is establishing a harmonized framework for the sustainable management of packaging and packaging waste. The regulation aims to reduce packaging waste, improve the recyclability of packaging, and promote the efficient use of resources throughout the entire value chain.
AGRODUR closely monitors developments related to the PPWR and, together with its packaging partners, continuously works on making existing and future packaging solutions more sustainable, resource-efficient, and future-proof.

Together with our partners, we evaluate existing and new concepts with regard to material usage, labeling, and documentation in order to create packaging solutions that are both sustainable and economically viable.
